I'm going to start again on Sunday. Been doing very light barbelly stuff at home just because not doing anything was driving me bonkers

Not bad for getting back into it.

So I have some good news and some bad news. The good news is, you'll be lifting heavier weights soon. The bad news is, you'll be lifting heavier weights soon.

Good job getting back into it. Now take a step back and make sure you are ready. Having sutures rip or repairs fail is a terrible situation. Sometimes the headache is a hint.

Missing time under the bar sucks. Missing time under the bar because you screwed yourself up sucks more. I'm getting off the soap box.
