    having worked out on friday i definitely felt the lack of the extra day of rest, the single at 345 was a creeper and did not lead to the 4x5 set that i had hoped. such is life

    You've done 340 for a set of 5, right? That should be good for a 370 or 375 single. You're a lot closer to 405 than you think.

    got the second set done at 345, damn that shit felt heavy. also i just couldn't get the bar settled...it kept slipping down my back in a distracting OHSHIT sort of way
