sq 45 1x10, 135 1x5, 225 1x5, 265 3x5
ho boy, first time in 3 weeks in gym. combination of very hectic schedule and being sick as a dog for far too long took a nasty toll. I felt like my hams were going to rip apart on the sets at 265. oh well, hopefully will be able to get back into some semblance of a rhythm. Happy New Year everyone!
