If you're bad so am I. There are plenty of lifters I'm working hard to stay ahead of, most of whom catch and surpass me, and several others who I'm trying to catch. Keep up the good work.

creeping back into it. someone at the gym managed to 'lose' the 1 1/2 and 2 1/2 lb weights so I have to make 10lb jumps which is less than thrilling.

nice work on creeping back in. Maybe just keep your own pair of 2.5 and 1.5s and bring to gym w/u?

yeah, i'm pretty sure I'll have to do that...there's a very real limit on the 10lb jumps I can sustain lol

Something's not right here -- by my calculations, you must have been starting the second set of squats before finishing the first.

Why not buy some micro plates and take them with you at each session?
