    oh for sure! I may have to invest in my own bar though, and not just for post-workout libations. None of the ones at my gym rotate very well, so anytime the weight gets over 300 I really have to fight the bar wanting to slide down my back. It gets rather...distracting.

    did 10 barbell rows with 90 each hand between every ohp set (working on them GUNZZZ plus grip)

    just treading water ahead of vacation next two weeks, squats felt great and really popped
