    You could even use the point when certain anatomical bits get wet as your gauge of proper depth. You gentlemen are on to something.

    I like that....except the part where I slip in the water and the barbell anchors me to the bottom. But the fish gotta eat too.

    at my age, and after 30 years of marriage, i'm guessing the water will have to rise pretty high to get certain parts wet

    ohp 95 3x5 (did 1x10 db rows, 80lbs each hand between sets)

    first time in the gym after two weeks of vacation. we were out hiking Zion, Bryce, Moab, and North Rim Grand Canyon. absolutely stunningly beautiful, great for legs but not so much for rest. i'm a little sore this morning

    Well, that's what you get for going off and having fun for a couple of weeks.

    after travelling 3 of the past 4 weeks and only getting to the gym basically twice in the past month I *think* i'm done for a little while and can try and creep back. I feel like I've lost 6 months of training lol i'm gonna be sore today...
