thanks PD! [warning: incoming rant] I get a little well, frustrated's not the right word but it's in the ballpark I guess, with how I always stall around 315. I know it's 99% my issue, as I don't sleep/rest enough to let this old bod come close to following The Plan. And right on schedule after doing 315ish last week the sciatica is flaring up, so i'm laying off the ohp for a while as that seems to annoy it, will work on the bp I suppose. dl is treading water, i'd like to make one more serious run at 4 wheels but we'll just have to see how that goes
