    sq 45 1x10, 155 1x5, 255 1x5, 305 1x5, 315 1x5, 325 1x3
    ohp 95 1x5, 115 1x3

    messing around on squats. the first set at 305 felt easy, so bumped it up to 315 for second set. when 315 felt ok, bumped it up to 325 for last set. sort of did 3, which i'll take

    thanks PD! [warning: incoming rant] I get a little well, frustrated's not the right word but it's in the ballpark I guess, with how I always stall around 315. I know it's 99% my issue, as I don't sleep/rest enough to let this old bod come close to following The Plan. And right on schedule after doing 315ish last week the sciatica is flaring up, so i'm laying off the ohp for a while as that seems to annoy it, will work on the bp I suppose. dl is treading water, i'd like to make one more serious run at 4 wheels but we'll just have to see how that goes

    first time in gym in ages, back has been very sore, felt iffy on first set at 275 so decided to do some bench. lol 'Ol Noodle Arms is Back!
