everything felt decent, squats felt ok at 280 so i decided to do a single at 315 for dessert, it went ok. the rp at 385 was tough but concentrated on it being hitchless.

couldn't find the safety pins so as I was a little sore from the 315 on Saturday I was a little chicken to do the full sets at 285. of curse, I then pulled 365 after being sore from the 385rp on Saturday, just to maintain my moron street cred. the 365 came up real slow
