    still chasing it PD! I figure deads are the one lift i can do at home, with minimal equipment.

    spent the past few days hiking and camping, doing a lot of press-type work putting cooking gear up onto the roof of the car at night, so that's my excuse. didn't really have much of a warm up, and 250 felt sore and heavy. oh well

    Coming along nicely there, Mr. B. Still waiting for that Steinborn squat, though. With video preferably.

    oh lordy me too. my excuse this time is that these plates i've bought don't have the weight written on them; the size makes it obvious...except when it doesn't lol
