spent the past few days hiking and camping, doing a lot of press-type work putting cooking gear up onto the roof of the car at night, so that's my excuse. didn't really have much of a warm up, and 250 felt sore and heavy. oh well

i think part of my problem with '250' on monday might have been that i may have loaded 270 on the bar...
I've had "plate math" errors mess me up a few times.
