    3 heels! first time since February...came up fairly well, still have some gas in the tank. My Bride was laughing at me because I'm such a prepster: i got home from work and just started lifting in my khakis and button down shirt lol

    dl 185 1x5, 230 1x5, 280 1x5, 320 1x5, 1x2
    sgdl 190 2x5

    ok finally failed, i was able to run heavy lifting 3xs a week for longer than I thought, and frankly i probably could have lugged the balance of the 320s up but why risk it. felt sore and tired this morning, and all the lifts were sluggish. will switch now to lighter deads and maybe rows, etc twice per week and try and go heavy on the 3rd day

    3x5 deadlifts 3x/week? Yeah, that'll beat you up.
