I had a bone graft and implant in late December 2019. Was supposed to go back for the tooth to be made to screw down onto the implant but covid happened. I need to call and get back in there

Is 355 the best you have done in the last 12 months?
So many posts here hard to follow where you are at with your progression.

I am not sure where you are at, but I highly recommend you try Texas Method at some point, I really enjoyed it.

for a single, no, but for a 5-spot no doubt. will try for a heavy single or two next week

where i'm at is sadly 2 weeks out from surgery which will knock me out from lifting for probably 4 weeks, and then starting very light after that, so i'm looking at another complete reset. i do need to look into TM and see if I can modify it to be a strictly deads and rows type of thing, as i don't have a rack and no chance of one anytime soon.

You can apply the principles of TM to virtually any lift.
I was doing Texas Method on:
    Leg Press
    Bench
    OHP
    Deadlift
    Weighted Chins

I was doing Leg Press instead of squats cause of back issues.

    dl 135 1x5, 185 1x5, 225 1x10
    sgdl 215 3x5

on sgdl i couldn't have my thumbs around the bar with the straps at the odd angle, so had them on top. did the trick
