still some soreness, the OHP are so light they're not bad, what feels a little odd is doing the deadlifts with the dumbbells, as the compression of the belly area is still weird feeling. same thing happens when I tie my shoes lol or lie on my side in bed. I guess the interior is still a little confused

felt nice to actually do real deads with the bar, using the dumbbells for the ohp now, as i don't feel like all the effort to reload the bar
Nice work Mr.Bing. I know the deal about switching over the bar. I've found iat times I'll do DB benchs if I left the bar loaded from a DL workout. I've been trying to set things up for my nextplanned day when my WO is done,easier to get in the next WO.
thanks Jerry. It's finally getting nice in the garage again I don't have a bench, so just deads for me lol which i love. The OHP will last as long as I am able to clean the dumbbells up, as no rack either. Ya work with what ya got

found out the bars on the dumbbells weigh 7 1/2 each, which is more than i thought, so the total weight is adjusted today accordingly. I figured that since when I'm pressing them the weight is already up near my shoulders I might as well 'squat' while holding it up there too. don't have a lot of weight left to put on the db so gainz potential is running out but will do what i can
