    wrist sore so didn't try any ohp. this slightly heavier weight causing some slight leakage...yay surgery

    Oh yeah...

    Radiation has left me always looking for where the bathroom is. It's better a year later, but still an issue...especially when I'm drinking a lot (like at a meet).

    Such fun...

    I've been extremely lucky/fortunate on that front. Whether it be from the lifting or the kegels I did before the surgery I really have had very little trouble with bladder control, just starting to get a little now that i'm starting to lift again.

    yay, big wheels are back! yeah yeahh i know i shouldn't keep doing 3x10 but it's so dang light, I think I will keep doing the extra volume until i get back over 225. we'll see
