    I uderstand your feeling about the press, but it sure works more muscle than the BP. And lifting things when standing is a more common movement than lifting things laying on your back, unless your replacing your clutch.

    absolutely, and we have some plans for camping which means I need to be able to get stuff on to the roof of the car. i've never ever been much for pressing, either bench or military, might as well start at 57 lol

    Getting kayaks has been very motivational for the press.
    Especially since they need to go on top of a minivan.

    i hear ya. we have a forester now, and getting a 4runner very soon, so getting the yakima rack up there plus all the other goodies requires manly pects lol
