I warm up deadlifts with just 65 to start. Bar plus two (almost) full size 10s. Everything else starts warmups with just the bar, so that seemed right to me.
I 'used' to start at 135, and I think that's what I'll go back to now; try to minimize how much I have to add and remove from the bar lol sometimes it feels like I'm spending more effort changing the weights than I am lifting them
