    I trust nature treated you ok. Good time to camp, this early the bugs are typically less.
    I've always found cold was easier to handle than heat when camping.
    This is where lifting pays off... when you get a dose of nature.

    I need to do some camping or hiking. I think my bride needs a break from working all day every weekend.

    Had a wonderful time spending a couple days camping and hiking in Stokes State Forest here in Joisey. Weather was great, and really no bugs yet. First time lifting in a week, and 3x10 at 220 didn't have a prayer. Sigh. I guess it's time to sort of do The Program.

    PD, when I was in Charlottesville I used to love to take 33 up to the Skyline Drive and just hike to a waterfall that was there and picnic, the break is needed and good!

    Cheesepuff, yeah the weather was spot-on, and no bugs, aside from a couple of ticks. The lifting paid off when I was putting the cargo basket and awning on to the roof of the truck!
