What did you just tell me?

To (take it slow). Keep adding to your work sets and it will come. You are not that far from 4 plates. Just think if you were down where I am with the deads. You would have a reason to say....well crap.

Mr. Bingley, it looks like you may beat me to 405. I'm the one who should be complaining.

and i just remembered that today marks 6 months to the day since my surgery. the lifting, and the support and kind words from the folks here, has done amazing things for my recovery, and I am deeply appreciative of every one of you.

    sat 7/31/21

Just got back from the SS Deadlift and Power Clean camp run by Cody Annino in eastern Connecticut. A good 6 hours seminar learning about and doing the lifts, bracketed by 3 plus hours each way in the car, so I'm pretty beat but it was excellent, and a nice group of folks. I'm very excited to start trying to work cleans into my deadlift-deadlift-deadlift program lol
