    it took about 14 hours, came out pretty tasty

    sore, 320 felt heavier than it should have. On my limited 2 day a week 'program' maybe will lift light on Mondays and heavy on Fridays. Who knows.

    After a week of no lifting the 335 went easier than it should have. I imagine I will pay for it tomorrow morning when I try and get out of bed...
