Your squat to press ratio looks quite balanced

Not as heavy as it would have been in another week.
    Call it a win.

Pretty sure 335 is heavy no matter what you've been doing.
Although I have only tested this to 315. LOL.

10-4 on both squats and presses.

Out of curiosity, is there a reasoning or reason behind staying there? Focusing on DL? something else?

yeah it's a very simple but weird reason: I don't have a squat rack, so all I can "squat" with are a pair of 52lb dumbells nestled on my shoulders, which I also use for the ohp. If I can clear a little more space in the garage I will consider power cleans, so then the ohp could rise some, but then that would entail more time spent taking plates on and off the deadlift bar, time which I really am loathe to give as I have a narrow window to work out in while working at home. If I were to report things accurately the way my workouts actually go is:

    dl 160 1x5
    ohp 104 1x4
    sq 104 1x5
    dl 210 1x5
    ohp 104 1x4
    sq 104 1x5
    dl 250 1x5
    ohp 104 1x4
    sq 104 1x5
    dl 300 1x5
    dl 340 1x5

I do the faux "sq" and "ohp" between my 1st 3 warm up sets on the deads just to get something upper-bodyish done (I also do 10 rows with the dumbells after each 'sq' because Gunzzz). While not obviously The Program it has allowed me to keep at least bumping up against the deadlift weights I was lifting while doing a more traditional program. Does that make any sense?

I'm jumping in and saying it sure makes sense to me. Only thing I might do if it was me would be add reps when I could on the press and sqts even though it goes against the SS guidelines
