    Yippee! After several disappointing sessions where the work sets were mere shadows of themselves I kept raising the weight and finally a top set that flew up! Now if I can only convince my Bride that it's her turn to shovel the 6 inches of Global Warming we got in the wee hours of this morning...I'm done for the day lol

    Shoveling the snow is somehow always the how those things turn out.
    Cold garages are great because nobody bothers you.

    When I dug us out Monday, I came inside and my chest felt weird for an hour afterwards. I decided to start adding some cardio to my routine. I hate doing something that ahould feel normal and it totally beats my ass.
