Great lifts and I like the rack. similar to mine.
One thing I bought for it, and loved are some J-hooks.
I got Titan Series T2 J hooks which were compatible with my rack.
They adjust easier, and the bar is on a pad not metal.
I liked them so much I eventually got two pair. Even though they are $45 a pair.
    Enjoy your rack.

Some Assembly required. Get a magnetic level.

Great ideas, thanks! I put it together on Saturday and today is the first workout on it. SQUATTING AGAIN

didn't want to go too crazy as my shoulders have not stretched like this since, oh, February of 2020, but nice to get it going again. since I am having Eye #1 done for cataracts tomorrow, with eye#2 next week hopefully, this is the last workout for several weeks so I'll get to do what I do best: reset!

But at least when I start up again in late Feb will be able to squat and press in addition to deads.

I think I will get those J-hooks Cheesepuff, as I'm not completely enamored of the supplied pins. The rack is very solid and stable with 2 minor issues. One, it's a little narrow, so I just KNOW I am going to smash the living dog snot out of some fingers when I'm re-racking a squat. It will happen. Two, in order to accommodate the pull-up bar it means the rack is too short to press in, so when I want to press I will have to wiggle the bar out of the cage, which will get annoying. But overall very happy with it, especially for the price.

Congrats on the rack and squatting again. I second on the j-hooks. I have the next size up rack (2x3 tubing but overall the same hooks) and they work great. Fully padded with hard plastic to keep from wearing your bar or rack. T-2 Series J-Hooks

Well wishes for your eyes. Get rested and get back stronger.

Good luck with all eye work, and grats on the Rack.
The narrower the rack, the more important that it is level.
Spot check from time to time.

First eye went fine, even after only 1 day an amazing improvement.

My Bride say me smiling after the squats, and asked me how I liked the new rack. I said it was my second favorite in the house!

And she didn't hit me! lol
