Your numbers on the sqt are great. I have in the past done presses with similar weights, but never got too 300 on the sqt.Keep up the great work.
Thanks! I always have had an issue in the past around 315, my back would get very sore. But this go around, now that I'm fatter I mean more solid it feels (knock on wood) a lot better. The ohp is always a struggle for me, I've just never had upper body strength, so with the rack at home now trying to finally get that to one wheel, as it's a movement with all the camping we're starting to do that actually translates directly into something useful in real life: putting gear onto the roof of the truck.

got a slight foot injury while on vacation, don't know whether it's a strain or plantar fascists, so going very gingerly on the squats and trying not to put too much weight on the outside of my foot
