    just wasn't feeling it this morning, whether it was the hangover or what. Warms-up were sore and tentative, no energy; ironically the one set at 325 felt the best of them all but that was that

    just too damn hot in the garage this afternoon; the juice wasn't worth the squeeze at 330

    I switched to morning workouts to miss out on the afternoon heat in the garage. I sold it to my bride as an opportunity to do whatever we want in the afternoon without having the workout looming in my mind. So during our recent heat wave I have been using that afternoon time slot to get in a good nap.

    unfortunately I commute into the office 4 days a week, so Mon-Thurs mornings are out and I have to try and work out when I get home at least once per week.
