I must say you are doing fine with your Squat, do you film yourself to know your form and depth?

thanks! No, I don't film, but I know myself: The depth is tolerable, the 4th rep is always high, and I have a loopy bar path as I move forward coming out of the hole.

Yes, I was able to get a rack from costco that has safety pins, which is why i'm able to squat again; for a long time it was only deadlifts

Very nice PR. I never pushed myself hard enough to get quite that high when younger. At least you have safety arms as I never did. The way you are heading up with those squats a 4 plate squat should be possible.

I have to admit I'm starting to think it might be possible
