Now that's some solid squatting right there, especially after camping and enjoying life!

    I hear ya!

Yesterday's squats for me were the heaviest in a while, with inconsistent squatting at any weight. The hamstrings and glutes are talking to me this morning. Tomorrow will no doubt be more entertaining.

i've started walking a couple miles on days when i'm not lifting, trying to get some mild cardio and also lose a little of my girth, it's sad how sore walking makes me, which i guess shows that i need to do it lol
i think a fahvre at 365 is a pr or close to it, so yahoo and have a great weekend gents and ladies!

Congrats on the great pull PR or not!

Walking may help but losing girth one needs to learn fork control. I just went through that...lol.

I Need to do more walking also.
