Sorry to see that the hammy is still fighting you, Mr B. But I am glad to see that you're still fighting it!

    sq 55 1x5, 145 1x5, 195 1x5, 235 1x5, 285 3x5

a little wider stance felt a lot better. still have some numbness when walking but I'll take reasonably discomfort-free squats

Yeah, they are Jerry. It's weird, the dead motion was very painful off the floor with only 225 but 15 squats at 285 felt ok.

Absolutely! It's in the book under "Do What You Can When You Can".

    Keep at it, Mr B!

Words of wisdom if I have ever heard it!

You still have the squat mojo Mr B. so be thankful for what you have.

I try to agree with people smarter than me whenever possible. (obviously including Fred J, Bill Anders and Mr. B).

I'm experimenting with kneesovertoes guy stuff. Been doing the backwards sled pull for a bit.
Can't say anything definitive, but the hope is to resolve knee back and hamstring issues.
Will keep you posted. Too early to call, but appears to have potential.

Basically just changes to my HIIT and warmups. So in the grand scheme inconsequential, unless of course, it works.
