Well I do it because I know how fast the decline will be if I don't at 73. I know the process works better when your younger. My grandson shows me this every time we train. Stay well .

I don’t have a secret for getting a workout in, other than Sully’s advice on YouTube. Get to the gym/porch/basement, you don’t have to workout. Get suited up, you don’t have to workout. Warm up with the empty bar… do a light warmup set… the next one…
It works for me, and by the time I hit the worksets, I might as well start warming the next lift during my resting.
That and I’m paying Adam to online coach me, no discount for skipped workouts. Ok 50/50 Sulky’s advice… and I’m way too cheap to give Adam the day off.
