Thanks bud. Funeral won't be until the 22nd. We won't be able to make it for the funeral but we will go down on that Thursday to help her Aunt and come back on Sunday.

As for the presses, yes I did it in the order I listed. My back hurt more in the stretch position versus the contracting position. It didn't affect my presses or Deads and probably could have ground out the squats but I didn't want to push it.

    Squat:
    Work:
    295 x 5 x 3
    Warm up:
    bar x 10
    95 x 5
    135 x 5
    185 x 5
    225 x 3
    255 x 1
    275 x 1
Got them sons-of-a-guns! Felt a little knee slide towards the end of my second set which I think cause the strained back by letting the bar go forward of midfoot. Made sure on my 3rd set to get my knees into positions and leave the damn things there! Made sure to keep my back and core solid. Felt good and definitely felt better than the last time I did sets across.

    Bench:
    Work:
    202 x 5 x 3
    Warm up:
    bar x 5
    95 x 5
    135 x 5
    155 x 3
    175 x 1
Miss counted the weight on my first set and had 204 on. Made sure I had 202 for my next sets. Felt good and probably could have done the 204 across but don't want to jump too much and stall early. Really focused on spot above my head. I'm going to put a piece of tape on the spot to really zone in.

    P.Clean:
    Work:
    130 x 3 x 5
    Warm up:
    65 x 3
    95 x 3
    115 x 3
Felt solid. Kept repeating: faster, faster, faster! and stomp, stomp, stomp! Used a bit narrower grip which helped me not "row" it up and get my elbows around faster. Definitely my best so far.

    Squat:
    Work:
    300 x 5; 4; 5
    Warm up:
    bar x 10
    95 x 5
    135 x 5
    185 x 5
    225 x 3
    260 x 1
    280 x 1
First time I had to bail on a rep. I felt myself get loose coming out of the hole so I paused to try to tighten up. Nope. Had no choice but to dump it. Will repeat on next training day to get all prescribed reps. Intermediate novice coming soon. When I truly stall, I will try a small deload to try to push through further before going to a true light day.

    Press:
    Work:
    115 x 5 x 3
    Warm up:
    bar x 5
    75 x 5
    95 x 3
Form was off. Felt like I was pushing the bar away from my face versus aiming for the nose. Will repeat to make sure I hit all my reps with good form.

    Dead:
    Work:
    315 x 5 x 1
    Warm up:
    135 x 5
    225 x 3
    274 x 1
Used double overhand for all warm up sets and first rep out of 5 for work.

Definitely felt very fatigued today even though I gave myself an extra day of rest. I am going to eat a little more to aid in recovery. Go from my standard 3 meals and 1 snack to adding an extra snack.

Way fatigued from squats, not eating enough this weekend, and going too long between training. Will try to finish out tomorrow. I may go to a 2 day on; 1 day off split. My training is taking a long time and I am loosing intensity after squats.
