    Sour Stomach, thanks Hardees.

Dodged a bullet at work; got taken of a clusterfuck of a project someone else is 'leading'.

Squat 135 7x1 (high bar) 6x1 (high bar) 5x1 (low bar) low bar hurts my legs, probably cause I'm doing it wrong. High bar felt nice. The closest coach is 2 hours away, that's 4 hours of my life driving + learning and I'm lazy. I'm going to find someone teach me high bar. Its not optimal, but i don't think its going to matter much either way. 5%? 10%? so I squat 540lbs instead of 600lbs.
    Bench 145 7x1, 6x1, 5x1. Starting to feel heavyish.
    Press 45 10x1 for fun
    Curls 50 12x1 for gunz

BW: 194 PR, most of its muscle. The belly is getting fluffy! 200lbs here I come.

Did a lot of foam rolling & baseball rolling on my legs. Helped a lot.

I found high bar to be completely natural and easy, the bar just settled right in to that hollow up there; low bar is a work in progress

If i found that hollow it might have felt better. Low bar has the nice shelf.
