    Weight: 182.0

Missed 5 days!! due to lots of family activities, a migraine, and just general life. Getting back to it today.

    Squats: 220 x 5 x 3

10 days since last squats, and that was a truncated day (250 x 5 x 1) due to my back just not having any of it. These felt fine.

Pullups (assisted, less than last time): 6, 6, 7

With 10 days since the last pullups, they were tough starting out, but I actually felt better doing them in the later sets. This was the first time at this assistance level, and there's only one lower level of assistance before I get to unassisted.

Biggest surprise today: weight was actually slightly down. Three family get-togethers in the last few days involved a LOT of food Hadn't weighed myself since 7/19.

    Bench: 162 x 4 x 4

Same as last time. 9 days since last benched, so figured I'd be happy if I could just match it. Will go up 2# next time, which will tie my PR, but will be 4x4 instead of 3x5

    LTEs: 62 x 8 x 3

No issues. They feel a lot better, and I feel like I'm getting more benefit from them, since going to 8x3 and lowering the weight.

    Deadlift: 305 x 4, 1

Same weight as last time, since it's been 9 days. Was supposed to be 305 x 5, but ran out of gas, so took ~20 seconds to get some breath, and then did the last rep. Not sure if I'll repeat weight next time, or go up to 310#

    Chins (+5#): 7, 6, 5

Same reps as last time, but since it's been 9 days, and that was the first time I did them weighted, I'll take it

    OHP: 103 x 4 x 4

Succeeded where I failed last time (9 days ago). 4x4 PR Going for 104 x 4 x 4 next time.

    Dips (+20#): 6, 7, 7

Not sure what happened the first set, other than being rushed today, and didn't take my usual few-minute break between last set of main lift and first set of accessory lift.

    Weight: 184.8

    Squats: 225 x 5, 2+1

Horrible day for squats. First set felt fine, then one second set, got too far forward on 3rd rep, and had to dump it on the safeties (1st time for that). Reset everything, was gonna do the last reps of the set, and barely made it up on the first rep I tried. Chalked it up to a bad day, not sure what else to say.

    Pullups (assisted): 7, 6, 6

Same assistance as last time, same number of reps.

Well, back from an unintended break Overnight on the 1st, my back went horribly out, rolling over in bed, of all things. However, the three previous days I overdid it a lot, and so that's probably what triggered it.

At any rate, couldn't do anything for several days, and then by mid last week, I was doing better, but was prepping to move my daughter to college yesterday, and didn't want to chance another episode. Anyway, picking it back up today, with obvious resets.

    DL: 275 x 5

Sixteen days since last DL, that was 305 x 4, 1. So, took a 30# reset today, more than a 16 day rest would indicate, but being extra cautious due to the back issue. Seemed to go pretty well. Will run it back up from here.

    Chins (unassisted): 8, 6, 6

Last time (16 days) was +5#, so reset that a bit as well. Will stay at +0# next time.

    OHP: 95 x 5 x 3

Since it's 16 days since last OHP, I did a 10% reset. Got the reps done, but OHP is definitely the lift that loses the most with offtime. It was a struggle.

    Dips (+10#): 7, 7, 7

Dropped 10# from last time (again, 16 days prior), and was happy to get as many reps in as I did.

On a happy note, my back feels completely back to normal now, so yesterday's DLs didn't hurt, and most likely helped

    Squats: 200 x 5 x 3

Again, been 16 days, so ~10% decrease. No issues, felt fine, form felt like it was good.

    Pullups (assisted): 8, 7, 7

Went up two rungs on the assist from last time, due to the layoff. Didn't QUITE make the 8, 8, 7 that would indicate a decrease in the assist, so I'll keep it at this level of assist next time.

Not sure how I gained 2.2 pounds from yesterday, but triple checked, so there ya go!

    Bench: 160 x 4 x 2, 150 x 5 x 2

Well. Same deal as the others, 15 days since that last time I benched. Did I reset 10% like the other lifts? No, just 4 pounds. Why? Cause I was 1 workout away from a new PR before the break, and I'm a greedy bastard!

Anyway, was planning 160 x 5 x 3, and JUST made 4 reps the first two sets. Was then aiming for 160 x 4 x 4, and then figured, who am I fooling. Dropped to 150, did two more sets of 5, with no issue.

    LTEs: 63 x 8 x 3

Same weight I left off at last time, but for this lift, it was no issue.

Thankfully, tomorrow's DL workout will be the standard 4 days since the last time, and I should be able to get back on track now. And, also thankfully, my back seems fine, and I haven't had any more issues with that.
