**Day 2 of squat homework. Videoed every one of these sets to check form. Lots of volume, not much intensity. 205 was where I started to see shit break down.

****This session was my first in Romaleos. As I told Skillin, they feel like you're wearing magnetic boots. Anyway, if I never felt the tension in my hamstrings as I set my lower back, I sure did yesterday. Reps 3 and 4 got away from my thighs, so definitely hips were way too high. I don't get you slipper-wearing deadlift weirdos.
