    2/24/17:

    BW: 212.6 lbs
    Back on track.

    SQ: 270x(2,1),1,1
Another 10% off of the top for me, again. Bull. Shit.

    BP: 150x5x3
These felt like shit, but they looked good on camera.

    DL: 320x(4,1)
    Hook x2, RHS x2, Hook x1
Very pissed that rep 5 slipped and I had to re-chalk. Still, taking this as a win.

    3/25/17:

    Coaching with Skillin:

    SQ: 225x5x3
A few big form tweaks out of this session. Things hurt that haven't ever hurt before. A good sign?

    PR: 85x3, 80x5x2
    The cue here is "clavicle."

    DL: 275x5
The cue here is "leg press."

All in all, a productive session. Plan going forward is to work back up to semi-respectable levels and then transition into a four-day split type scheme. These next few entries might be the last for this log. Stay tuned.

    3/28/17:

    BW: 210.8 lbs

    3/29/17:

    SQ: 245x5,(3,2),5
I don't know, these looked high on the video. Back looked way better after Saturday.

    BP:
    135x5x3

    CH:
    2b x5,5,4
    3b x6
Abbreviated. Tired and grip was failing.

    Correction from 3/28/17:

    SQ were 235x5,(3,2),5 not 245

    3/31/17:

    BW: 209.8 lbs
Trend going back in the right direction. After the four-week lapse, probably have about 6 weeks before maintenance phase.

    SQ: 245x5x3
Video of last set looked damn good. That "tuck your junk" cue along with another that shall not be uttered seemed to have helped a lot.

    PR: 85x5x3
    Meh.

    DL: 290x5x1, 290x1
I think I have maybe one rep that I fucked the "leg press" bit. Pretty fatigued by the end of this all, so back wasn't as set as I'd like.

    4/3/17:

    BW: 209.2 lbs

    4/4/17:

    BW: 208.2 lbs

    SQ: 255x5,(3,2),(2,3)
Second set lost balance forward coming up and had to re-rack. Last set felt like shit. Some personal shit going on and Sunday night saw some stomach distress. Here's to Friday feeling better.

    BP: 140x5x3

    CH: 2bx5x3

I hope you are just giving up on the log, not the training. Good luck in any case.

Thanks for the kind words, Jerry! Sorry for the long delay in responding.

Mostly the log, yes. Life has been exceedingly busy the past few months. Work and life/family have taken up more of my time and hasn't afforded me opportunity to put the time in. I'm hoping to straighten things out in the next few weeks.

Look for a new log possibly elsewhere soon-ish.

Don't make the mistake I did . After training pretty steady for almost twenty years family health issues became overwhelming on my time and energy and I lost the drive to train.I have been trying my best to stay the cousre for the last two years, but I am finding its not too easy as I've gotten older. I wish I had done an abbreviated program to at least maintained any gains I had made.I hope you get back into it since your log show you made good progress.

I whole-heartedly agree. This extended home purchase/move fiasco really made things awful for me. Hopefully once we can get our place in order, things can return to some semblance of regularity.
