Arm's feeling better. I get twinges of it still, but the savage pain is pretty much gone. I'm still taking another week on rehab to get the fucker dispensed with.

Fucked around with the Rage Pullup assist. And I do mean fucked around. It's amazing that something so seemingly simple would be so difficult to figure out how to use. That and I'm a goddamn retard.

    11/19/15:

    BW: 199.6 lbs (better)

    BP: 140
    DL: 305 (2, 2, 1)

Had to step away from the deadlift twice; once to re-chalk and a second time to muster the will/strength for the last pull. Sleep was interrupted the night before, so that didn't help. After Saturday, I'm going to go back to adding cleans in every other workout. Hopefully my narrow belt gets here, soon.

Didn't do any rehab, as I had to leave. Arm feels better, although whatever I did to it is still there. I'm thinking first workout of next week will see a return to squats, gently.

    11/21/15:

    BW: 198.0 lbs

    PR: 95x4, 92.5x5,2
    DL: 310

    Curlz: Bar x 16, 16, 12
    Hammorz: DB12x12x4, DB20x4

Press was not great at all today; left deltoid was screaming and I couldn't get the bar to lockout at the end of the sets. Form was breaking down, too. I'm chalking it up to a bad workout and will attempt 95 again on Thursday of next week.

Scratch that; schedule looks to be WFSu.

By the way, hook grip is a thing on the deadlifts. I'm working them in on warm-ups. Pulled my last 275 single warmup on Saturday with the hook. Eventually, I feel I will scoff at over/under as just another un-holy tool of the evil bro-science.

I hope that will happen for me as well. Been doing mostly hook for a few months. Still hate it. HATE it.

Forget about your thumbs for a moment; how do you find the bar stability? With the hook, it just doesn't move.

You mean stability/movement of the bar in the hand or do you mean the bar rotating out of its plane?
