    Squat: 225 3x5
    Press: 100 3x5
    Dead: 275 1x5

Went to bed early last night, today's deadlifts were much easier than the last workout.

Didn't get the deadlifts today. I didn't end up eating yesterday until almost 4 in the afternoon. Might be part of it. I'll get them on Wednesday.

    Squat: 230 3x5
    Bench: 155 3x5
    Dead: 285 1x2

Don't be discouraged. This stuff is hard. You'll get it next time.

    Appreciate it, thanks.

I ordered a lifting belt, which I think will help me out. I have some minor chronic lower back pain, and the squats are finally getting heavy enough that I notice the pressure. I think it's taking enough out of me that it's making my deadlift unattainable, since that(my lower back) is what I feel is letting me down on the third rep of the deadlift.

    Damn Deadlift.

    Squat: 235 lbs 3x5
    Bench: 160 lbs 3x5
    Dead: 285 lbs 1x2

I took a workout off, since I had to leave town for a few days. Got my lifting belt in the mail yesterday. It helped monumentally with my squats, and my back felt much better. The increase in blood pressure is drastic though, could feel it in my face on the last rep of every set.

Still no progress on the deadlift though. Going to reset down to 250 lbs, and start doing 5 lb increases.

    Deadlift: 260 1x5

Took some time off for the birth of my second son, which happened last Friday. Feels good to be back at it after ten days.

    Time to eat.

ETA: Bodyweight up to about 173 lbs. Getting close to a 1x BW Bench and 1.5 xBW Squat, which is pretty exciting. Probably there if its a 1 RM.
