    Thanks for the welcome.

    Boz is my nickname, and 6 is my lucky number.

    I'm male, 40, 195lbs, 5' 11".

    I started SS back in mid-2015. Was doing pretty good until early-2016, when I started training for a triathlon and foolishly stopped SS.

    Started back on SS in april this year.

    Re-posting last log, cause I screwed it up, and want to add some comments.

    May 29, 2017
    Squat 145kg (319lbs) x 5, 2, 2, 130kg (319lbs) x 5
    Bench 85kg (187lbs) x 5, 5, 5
    Chins 8, 8, 8

    Squats - ran out of gas for 2nd/3rd set, dropped weight and did a 4th. Probably do 2nd/3rd sets as back-offs from now on.
    Bench - dropped back to 85kg after mistakenly loading too much last week.

    Squat 120kg (264lbs) x 5, 5, 5
    Press 52kg (114.5lbs) x 5, 5, 4
    Power Clean 60kg (132lbs x 3, 3, 3, 3, 3

    Squats - decided to switch Wed to light squats to help recovery and keep LP going a few more weeks.
    Press - Lost focus and tightness on last rep of 3rd set.
    Power Cleans - First time doings cleans this year, so starting light.

    Squats - All time PR! Felt lighter than Monday, going light on Wed worked. Going for 150kg on Mon.
    Bench - Slow and steady, but got them all.

    Starting bodyweight - 79kg (174lbs)

    Training max weights (before starting SS)
    Squat - 110kg (242lbs) x 4 - High bar and probably high.
    Deadlift - 170kg (374lbs) x 1, 160kg (352lbs) x 2 - Can't remember my form, but it was probably ugly.
    Bench - 80kg (176lbs) x 1, 70kg (154lbs) x 5
    Press - n/a - I didn't OHP with a barbell before SS, but I did DB Press 22.5kg (49.5lbs) x 8
    Power Clean - 80kg x 1, 72.5kg x 3
