Press: 100x3x5 - last set ~hard. Dropped to 3x5. Microload soon?
DL: 225x1x5 - 2 plates! Challenging but think I can bump it 10 lbs next time. Form felt good – keeping the bar close up and down.
Little sore going in but good workout.
