    Straps on workset. Double OH on warmups. Last Warmup 120kg single DOH.

    Bench Missed 82x5x3 on last rep at lockout. Will repeat without overanalyzing why.
    Chins BWx 10,9,5 (Tired as F on last set, didn't want to kip, failing grip didnt help)
    GM 25x6x3 (first time, felt ok)

    BW 88+

    Squats 130x5x3 felt good. maybe had another couple reps in me.
    Press 53x5x3 same as above
    Cleans 82: 3,3,3,1,x. Form was breaking down. Last 5 reps looked like high pulls. Did a back off set of 5 with 70 kg with ZERO form breakdown.
    Need to reset Cleans by about 10%, even 81 had form breakdown last time (see video above). First clean reset ever.

    Squats 100x5x2 (beltless, sleeveless, no reason.. just felt lazy and its light so what the heck)
    Bench 82x5x3.. Das it, mane.
    GM 22.5x10x3
    Chins 10,9,6.

    BW 88 (Didnt eat enough food pre workout today, made up after).

    Squats 132.5x5x3. Slow but maybe it was just situational. Whatever, got it.
    OHP 54kg: 5,4,3 Tried Press 2.0 again since so many swear by it. It works alright, I just need a stretch reflex as my triceps fail with the added time under tension with a longer set. Will repeat this weight with 2.0 on first rep and rebounding the rest.
    Deadlifts 137x5x1. Need to keep it closer, my lats were failing. Hook grip. Sorry for the shitty camera angle.

    BW 90. Must be doing something right I guess. PS. don't tell my mom.
