    The weights felt HEAVY for the first time last night. Time to start adding only 5# per workout to the Squat and Press.

    Deadlift went up super easy though. I'll keep piling on 10# at a time.

    Need to reread the book, but I recall I need to be introducing the power clean in the near future.

    Workout A
    Squat @ 285#
    Press @ 120#
    Deadlift @ 285#

    Missed my workout due to shoveling gravel all day Wednesday while working on my house. Back/shoulders/hands just too wiped out. I'll move it to Friday.

    Deadlift got real heavy all of a sudden. Time to scale down to +5 increments instead of +10?
