You're welcome to it - we must all learn to respect the deathlift.

I can't take all the credit for that one, though.

    Default Unfinished LP in summary

Due to circumstances beyond my control I'll be way the hell out of reach of a training facility for the rest of the summer. Work at my shop has been thin for the past 2 months, meaning I've had to take on some seasonal work to carry me out of this slump. That means working maintenance for a mobile asphalt plant on a road building crew, which will mean 12 hour night shifts on a 6 day on / 1 day off schedule and living out of a trailer near the construction work. If there's a gym nearby (within a 20 minute drive) I may take a run at continuing training, but this is looking like a training hiatus. My goal is to get a 'normal' job back in my area come fall, so fingers crossed for a return to normalcy by 2017.

So, without further fumble fucking around, here's a summary of my "progress"

    Start Date: Jan 4, 2016

    Bodyweight - 241 lbs
    Waist - 45"

    Starting Weights:
    Squat - 160lbs 5 x 3
    Press - 95lbs 5 x 3
    Bench press - 145lbs 5 x 3
    Deadlift - 225lbs 5 x 3

End Date: May 11, 2016 (Total 19 Weeks)

    Bodyweight - 248 lbs
    Waist - 43"

    PR Weights:
    Squat - 330lbs 5 x 3
    Press - 144lbs 3 x 3
    Bench press - 220lbs x 3
    Deadlift - 385lbs x 2

    Total Progress:

    Squat - 170lbs
    Press - 49lbs
    Bench press - 75lbs
    Deadlift - 160lbs

Only real worthwhile note is that there was essentially a 3-4 week layoff/reset due to some inflammation issues that cost me a fair amount of progress (at least on the lower body lifts). Anyway: I will come back. And I will probably continue poking around the forum in the meantime. Thanks everyone who has contributed for your support and advice. Already looking forward to picking up the LP again before the year is out.
