BB Shrugs: 235x20x1, 225x17x1
Worked on the alternate grip for deadlifts. Can't use my beloved straps at the Fall Classic and the hook grip isn't strong enough yet. Best hook grip so far was 365 but 385 was no problem with alternate grip.
