Trick or Treat?
Starting getting serious DOMs in the afternoon. Tell myself "What the heck, its a deload week go and take it easy."

Half way through the workout I am REALLY feeling weak and crappy in general. Took lots of long rest breaks between sets. Get home and have a fever of 101.7 WTF! Fever's gone this morning, but really tired. Weird.

Started a new job, the day I started that got offered (and excepted) a better job. Swing shifts, dating and daughter home from college......Aarrrggh! Was training until two weeks ago when the job and getting sick got in the way. Am starting fresh next week.
