    Felt really good today, must have been all that Easter dinner stuff.

    Bench Press: (Find max for next cycle) 225x1x1, 245x1x1, 255x1x1, 265x1x1, 270x1x1

    Superset 1:

    DB Rows: 45x10-12x3

    Incline DB Press: 45x12-15x3

    DB Curls:15x15x3

    Superset 2:

    Grip Machine: 45x10x1, 60x10x2

    Hex DB Holds: (holding the hex end as long as possible) 29 seconds, 51 seconds, 26 seconds



    Sled/Prowler: 50 lbs.x50 yards x5.

    Deadlift: (find 1 rep max) 365x1x1

    Squats: (Dynamic. One set every 2 minutes. Focus on bar speed) 227x3x5

    Disappointed in the deadlifts. Expected to break 400 and it just wasn't there. Barely got 385 off the floor. On the other hand, squats, normally the weakest lift were surprisingly easy today.

    Ya' know....it may have. Was a bit worn out and almost didn't train yesterday. Kept telling myself "All you have to do is deadlift".
