My grip sucks, really have to work on it. These guys were having a friendly competition. The last man standing did it 37 times. It was fun and humbling to watch.

OHP w/Swiss Bar: 140x3x5. Dynamic day with two minute rests between sets.
Bench Press: 245x3x3
Incline DB Press: 55x12x3
Farmers Walk: 90x4, 100x4. Didn't know what the bar weighed so numbers reflect just the weight on the handles. One minute rests between sets.
Grip Machine: 75x5x3
DB Curls: 25x12x3

Really wanted to stay in bed specially when I got to the gym and realized it was heavy singles day. (OHP) Totally missed the first attempt on third set. Racked it, got angry at it, then did two reps. Otherwise I was going through the motions with no heart in it.
i have a convenient wrist injury which precludes all pressing lol
