Some anger can be good sometimes, especially when pressing.

It helped get the job done and the gym is the place to let go of it.

Events training at the gym. Place was busy so all I really got in was some work on the kegs. Warmed up by lifting them over a 48" high bar. Then progressed to running (kind of) 40 feet with them and dropping them over. Have bruises on both knees and biceps.

They ARE easier, specially since I am using the higher handles. However, in this case they serve as a dynamic assistance exercise for squats and deadlifts. Does it work? who knows, but am looking for a way to get more of a deadlift like volume without killing recovery. So far squats and deadlifts are going up.

The worse thing is being a reader/thinker. Read this article and decided maybe try to incorporate it for a couple cycles to see what happens.
