OHP: 167x3x2, 145x5x1 (back off set)
Was supposed to squat yesterday but the lovely Suzie infected me with her cold/flu/whatever. Shouldn't have trained today because of feeling worse but put on the big boy panties and grinded it out. Going to call in sick at work and go back to bed. UGH!!!

As per the last post, called in sick and went back to bed. 48 hours later was in the hospital for a few days. Expected to have a wimpy post-sick workout. Ha! Time off must have done some good.
Squats: 277x5x5
Hex Bar Deadlifts: 340x5x2
Should have done more work but didn't want to overreach after just being sick.

OHP: 155x4x1, 155x5x2. Backoff sets; 135x4x1, 125x5x1
Superset:
DB Rows: 50x8x1, 50x12x2
Tricep Extension: 15x12x1, 20x12x2
Supersets performed with 3 minutes rest between sets.
Good to see you are out of the hospital and back to lifting again! Nice work!
