Rows: 115x12x1, 125x12x1
Hex Bar Deadlift: 330x3x5. Two minute rests between sets.
Prowler: 100x10 yards x 6. One minute rest between reps.

OHP w/Swiss Bar: 140x3x5 w/two minute rest periods. Vary between three grip positions.
Bench Press: 240x5x3
Incline DB Press: 50x12x2
Superset:
Grip machine: 62.5x9x2
Hex dumbbell holds. (holding hex end w/fingers): 60 seconds, 60 seconds, 40 seconds.

Deadlift: 345x5x1
Squats: 227x3x5 with two minute rest between sets
RDL: 135x15x1, 155x15x1. (trying to find the right weight)
BB Shrugs: 155x15x2
Sled: 50 lbs. x 50 yards x 5
Deadlifts and squats felt good. Sled was brutal.

Superset 2
Grip Machine: 62.5x10x3
Hex DB Holds: 25 lbs. x 55 seconds, x 15 seconds, x 12 seconds. Really sucked at this today. Held the head of a 25 lb. York DB as long as possible.
Sled/Prowler: 110 lbs. x 10 yards x 8. One minute rests between sets.

Events training:
Yoke: 250x80'x8 w/one minute rest. 330x80'x4 w/one minute rests. 450x50'x4 w/lots of rest. (young guys were killing me)
Farmers walk: 205 per hand x 1. Was thoroughly embarrassed on this one. Dropped it four times over a 40 foot run. Right hand just couldn't hold it.
