Squats: 265x5x5
Hex bar deadlifts: 350x3x5. With 2 minute rests between sets. (Well....all but one where a young lady started talking to me.)
350x3x5 is studly anyway you look at it!

OHP: 150x3x5. (Dynamic day) Two minute rests between sets. Using a Swiss bar and varying between all three grips.
Bench Press: 245x5x3
Chins: 10x3
[B][/SupersetB] all three exercises performed one after another>
Incline DB Press: 45x12x2
DB Curls: 20x10x2
Tricep extensions: 20x12x2

Deadlift: 365x5x2
Squats: (dynamic) 245x3x5 two minute rests between sets
RDL: 175x8x2
BB Shrugs: 175x12x2
Supersets
Farmers walk to end of gym, than pick up a keg and walk as fast as possible to the other end.
Farmers walk: 115x4 (per hand)
Keg: 125x4

That is too funny!!!!
Would it get easier as you go due to the keg getting lighter? Or would the transfer of weight from the beer vessel to the stomach keep the effort the same?
Betting that as the keg empties, concern over effort or anything else diminishes.
