Squats: 147x5, 197x3, 217x2, 237x1, 257x1, 270x3x3
Chins: 10 w/medium width grip, 10 with v-bar , 8 w/wide grip
Hex Bar Deadlifts: (dynamic w/2 minute rests between the five work sets) 140x5, 230x3, 320x3, 360x3x5
Form was getting a little slow/sloppy on the last two sets. Going to stick with the 360 for a couple rounds.

Bench Press: 255x3x3
Superset: With one minute rests between exercises.
Incline DB Press: 50x12x2
DB Hammer curls: 25x12x2
Worst Deadlift Day Ever

Deadlift: 270x1x1
Did the warmups, felt ok. Plan was to do 2 sets of 5 at 270 pounds. Barely got it off the floor. (did 265 a week ago!!!!) Did a back off set at 245x1x1 and that sucked almost as bad. Did a third backoff at 315x3x1. Decided it wasn't worth beating a dead horse and went home with my tail between my legs.
Maybe not the worst deadlift day, but it certainly sucked big time.

CGB: 230x8x2, 230x4x1
Squats: Was supposed to be dynamic day, but felt good and just went for it. 255x5x1, 265x5x1, 275x3x1, 280x3x1, 295x1
